You will be welcomed to our office where we will obtain your health history. To save time,you may fill out the medical form ahead of your visit - see below to download and print these forms. We will then do a short physical examination and interview you about your vein concerns. A non-invasive Duplex ultrasound exam will be done next. Then you'll meet your VI physician to discuss your specially designed treatment plan.
