Through the years, Dr. Jeffries has published several articles and has presented at several national meetings. As the former Chairman of the Department of Radiology at Atlanta Medical Center, he was very active in insuring that the department as a whole performed at its highest level of care. He is an avid pilot and enjoys most donating his time to conducting Angel Flights which provide transportation free of charge to sick patients and their families so they can get necessary treatment which would otherwise be too far away for them. He has resided in the metro area for over 20 years.
